About Victoria, The Founder

From a young age, Victoria knew she was destined for the beauty and aesthetics industry. At just 16 years old, she discovered her passion for helping others look and feel their best. Her journey began as a beauty therapist, where her love for beauty, self-care, and transformation quickly flourished.

As she expanded her skills and expertise, Victoria’s ambition took her far beyond the treatment room — from working as a qualified Beauty Therapist, to becoming an Investment Broker, and later an Operations Manager collaborating with GMC-registered doctors in high-end aesthetic clinics.

Through these diverse experiences, Victoria gained invaluable business, operational, and client-care insights that would later shape her own vision. In 2019, she founded Lashes World By Victoria — a brand born from her desire to merge beauty, wellness, and empowerment.

What started as a humble side hustle soon evolved into a six-figure beauty empire, with over 400+ students trained, 1000+ loyal clients, and an ever-growing community built entirely from the ground up.

Today, Lashes World by Victoria stands as one of London’s leading destinations for natural lash artistry and bespoke aesthetic treatments, celebrated for its focus on elegance, precision, and authenticity. Every experience is carefully crafted — enhancing natural beauty rather than masking it.

With over 15 years of experience in aesthetics, Victoria has finally taken the plunge into offering advanced aesthetic services, focusing on natural enhancements and holistic rejuvenation. Alongside her signature natural lash sets, clients can now experience brow lamination, waxing, tinting, and the return of microblading in 2026 — marking a new chapter of artistry and transformation.

But Victoria’s work extends far beyond external beauty. Through her 1:1 Reprogramming Sessions and Guided Meditation Experiences, she supports women in realigning their mindset, healing old patterns, and reconnecting to their inner power — embodying true confidence from the inside out.

Recently honoured with a prestigious award in teaching, Victoria now leads The LWBV Award In Teaching + Educational Excellence Course, Level 3, a transformational program for aspiring educators who are ready to teach with integrity, leadership, and impact.
