By booking an appointment with Lashes World by Victoria, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined on this page. These terms form a binding agreement between the client and the business and apply to all services booked via our website or associated booking platforms.
 

Consultation & Informed Consent

All appointments include a professional consultation prior to treatment. During this consultation, your natural lash health, suitability, desired outcome, and realistic expectations will be discussed.

By choosing to proceed with the service following this consultation, you confirm that:

• You understand the service being provided

• You accept the professional advice given

• You acknowledge the limitations discussed

• You give full informed consent to proceed

Complaints relating to outcomes that were explained and agreed upon prior to treatment will not be accepted.
 

Results & Lash Retention

Lash retention and results vary from person to person and depend on factors including (but not limited to):

• Natural lash health

• Hormones

• Lifestyle

• Aftercare

• Skin type

While we have over 10+ years of experience and always work to the highest professional standard, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Before and after photos are taken at every appointment for quality control and record-keeping purposes.
 

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are provided with aftercare guidance and are responsible for following it correctly. Issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions are not the responsibility of Lashes World by Victoria and are not eligible for correction, refund, or complaint.
 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

Your confidence and satisfaction are important to us. If you have a genuine concern regarding your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

All concerns must:

• Be raised once

• Be submitted in writing

• Be received within the 48-hour window

Concerns raised outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to assess the issue and determine, at our professional discretion, whether a correction is appropriate.
 

Unreasonable or Repeated Complaints

Repeated, excessive, or unreasonable complaints—particularly where informed consent was given and expectations were clearly discussed—will not be entertained.

Lashes World by Victoria reserves the right to:

• Decline further correspondence on the matter

• Refuse future appointments

• Terminate the client relationship if boundaries are not respected

We operate a respectful, professional environment and expect the same from our clients.
 

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once a service has been carried out, unless required under UK consumer law.

By proceeding with your appointment after consultation, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
 

Right to Refuse Service

Lashes World by Victoria reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client’s behaviour, expectations, or communication becomes inappropriate, disrespectful, or misaligned with our professional boundaries.
