You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations or if it's not suitable for your needs. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order fulfillment on our end. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly.
