Booking & Cancellation Policy | Lashes World by VictoriaAt Lashes World by Victoria (LWBV), we value every client and strive to provide a professional, reliable and high-quality experience across all our beauty and aesthetic treatments in Enfield, North London.To ensure fairness, appointment availability and the smooth running of our business, please read our booking and cancellation policy carefully before making an appointment.Deposits & BookingsAll appointment deposits are strictly non-refundable.Your booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.Deposits are deducted from the total treatment price.By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our booking terms and conditions.Cancellations & ReschedulingWe require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice may be charged 100% of the treatment price.Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to our cancellation charges.Deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your appointment.Any rescheduling request is subject to availability.No-Shows & Late ArrivalsFailure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked treatment price.Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, with the full treatment fee payable.Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment experience.Appointment EtiquetteWe operate a professional, private appointment-based environment.Only the person receiving the treatment may attend unless otherwise agreed in advance.Please respect our treatment space, appointment times and other clients.Treatment ConcernsYour satisfaction and wellbeing are important to us.If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact LWBV within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review your concerns and advise on the appropriate next steps.PaymentsWe accept a range of payment methods, including card payments and eligible flexible payment options such as Klarna and Clearpay.Any outstanding appointment balance must be settled in accordance with your booking confirmation.Important InformationOur booking policies are designed to protect appointment availability, reserved treatment time and the running of our independent beauty business.Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
