To secure your lash appointment with Lashes World by Victoria, a £10 booking, non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.

 

Payment Method:

The deposit can be made through our preferred payment method, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. We accept various payment options for the remainder on the day, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Please note that the 50% of the service cost, including the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 48 hours' notice. In such cases, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.

 

Late Arrivals:

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your lash service to ensure that our schedule remains on track for other clients. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.
